As for as l am concerned , leader who is guy that possesses more authorities than common people, also is a major person for a group.But people could become a leader,this is an important question.l think as a leader, there are some abilities is very necessary. however, the first factor is organization silk. As we all know , the leader is as a conductor,he should arrange each worker's responsibility when the team or cooperation have some activities. hen the logic is the second one, l always hear my teacher says that leader is the direction for a team, before to measure a project, the leader will make a plan for our object, in addition, he also will make a best schedule of how to react with project,how to finish the project as soon as possible.last but no least, the silk for dealing with difficulty. we all know that it is impossible for anything going easily. therefore, the organization , logic and reaction are important for a leader.
