With the economic development, the increasing number of family already have or about to purchase their own private cars.howerever the influx of vast amoutn of the cars also contribute another intractable problem ,the traffic sericuity. with this, so many people argued that to rise the punishment levels to deal with it. from my perspective view, I totally agree with that, but only this maybe not enough, local authority and traffic managerment department should also implement some effective messases to reduce the increasing traffic pressure. It's undeniable that trict penalty really reduce the traffice tragedies. about 5 years ago, a drunk driver killed 2 innocent peopel who were wating for the green light on the side pavement. The driver was sentence 20 years, and since then the whole nation start a rigious regulation to control the drunk drive. this case went virus on the internet, and now because of rigious punishment drivers on the becoming more cautious.
