【题目要求】
Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
【题目讲解】
这回试题难不倒烤鸭。冲突的焦点落在[有必要设立图书馆]或[没有必要]，而不是单一的立场library PK Internet。在家使用因特网的好处太多，可是利用图书馆可以补足其功能complementary。
两个问题。引言3 sentences之后，1. 讨论二者的利弊，看中体的承段6 sentences与转6 sentences段。2. 考生提出看法，看合段的结论3 sentences。
起段引言 Introduction
开头第一句。申论主题：使用因特网可以取得各种资讯Vs.图书馆对大众有利。
开头第二句。集中焦点：冲突是两难自解。
开头第三句。一分为二：分头指引讨论二者利弊。
文中从句数量过少；作者词汇基础不错，高级词汇使用比较灵活；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用。
I reckon that it's necessary to establish libraries. Obviously, we can obtain various kinds of information we need from the Internet and it's convenient. However, not everybody have an access to the web. Considering that, libraries are a better choice for common people. Everything has two sides. When it comes to the convenience, as long as you've assess to the web, you can find out abundant materials from the Internet. But maybe you'll be puzzled with too much information emerging. If you want to work out a difficult problem, the Internet is not your better choice. You can search for a solution from a related book. It's well known that many information or ideas in the Internet haven't been proved by evidence. Many faults exist and you can not distinguish the truth from these. In short, the Internet can be a better choice for individuals for its convenience and rapidity. For a town, libraries will be better. They are open to everyone. There is no limit and free. People will not be abstracted by other information such as advertisements、entertainment news and games. Therefore, in order to improve the public's educational levels, I approve that the goverment estabilish libraries.
