Summer break is staring at May till end of August. One of the reason that students choose to have a summer course because the summer break is too long. In this four month, some students plan to travel, some students decide to work, and someone wants to pick a summer course. The main advantages and disadvantages for taking a summer course are saving time and less time to prepare for classes. Students who spend one and half month to earn a normal semester’s score is saving time. On the other hand, it helps students memorize their acquired knowledge. I am twenty-year-old; it is a little old for college classes. I am hurrying to graduate and find a job, and I do not want graduation when I am over than thirty. If I had work for four months, maybe I forgot a lot of math formula. In fact, I cannot remember the math formula right now. I need more time to practice and learn it. Take a summer class is a good way to solve it. The summer course is so shot that no time to prepare for classes and comprehend acquired knowledge. For example, I take a United States History class this semester; I have no time to prepare for it because I need working on Friday during Sunday. On Monday, we learned about unit sixteen and Wednesday finish seventeen. It is so fast for the class, such like doing a running tally or a bowling game. Teacher tells that what are students must realize and then students go to search and read the history book. It likes a fast beat song without gasp time. At next summer, I do not want to choose history class anymore because it so hard for me to pass the class. The summer class is saving my time, but it is too busy for me. I will choose the math class next time because I am good at it.
