there is no doubt that more and more college students take a part－time job trying to make extra money during their free time or holiday. but is that good for them? it still remains a large discussion. some people suggest that taking a part-time job is necessary. on the one hand ,in the work place college students are able to meet all kinds of people and have a chance to make friends with others which is really helpful for their social life. on the other hand,they can spend the money earned from the part-time job in whatever they like,such as watching movies,buying fashionable stuff and so on. however others regard it as a waste of time ,in their opinion,students are supposed to study in the school or do volunteer work.firstly,part-time job is dangerous and students don't even get a secure insurance.secondly,they may do not have time or spirit to put their time into books. all in all ,taking a part-time job in the spare time is supported,but if you don't treat it properly it can be bad at the meantime.
