With the development of the society,different salary has become a hot topic. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics,the people has different degree and the people has the different salary also.First,the statistics show to us the unemployment of the average rate is seven points six percent,and it above the usually level.Second,it shows to us the median weekly of the average earnings is 797 dollars,and it has lower than the usually level.There are some reason cause the phenomenon: first,the society is a new technology area that need a lot of people who has a high knowledge;second,the company prefer to employ the undergraduate,because they think of the undergraduate bring the high profit to the company. As far as I concerned,the government should take some measures to change the phenomenon.Such as help some people who has a low degree to get the knowledge,let they have fair to get some job.We should take care of the salary people.
