After graduated,i had been working for four years,i switch sevaral companies,and i had many colleagues,some of who were being my friends ,but others would never see again.colleagues are the people who always work with us at the time,but why only a few part of who come into our real life?and why we will feel guity or terrible with some of them while working together? In my opinion,a good colleague can be your perfect work parter even your good friends,and how can we observe to know what kind of person can be a good colleague for you ,and how can ourselves be a good colleagues for others around us. First of all ,the most important quality of a good colleagues is honesty,what it means that you can trust him while you are working together on same program.you don't have to hestitate what he say or do,you will feel good and relax with him,and he will do something as soon as possible you ask for him. The second is relax,i believe nobody want to work with someone with a heavy heart, only through a relax way,we may do something soon and sucessfully. And,when we are willing to find or build a good colleague for ourseves,but we must know how can we be a good colleague for others ,then we will get the win-win .
