In my viewpoint,I agree with the second one the teacher should be more easygoing and humorous in his classes. Nowadays,students no matter who are in middle school or university ,have their own characters and personalities .also they have their ideas and thougt when something comes to them. They are not childrens and they need to be respected and treated as adults. In calsses ,they obviously like those teachers who are more easygoing and humorous compared with those who are strict and serious. Adolescents usually have a strong sense of confronting others although other people are right exactly.so when teaching them ,teachers should consider the point the students are going though this super period.strictly attitude may be not a good way to make students obey them. On the contrary,it would act on students with bad effects .some students may not interested in the class and may be nagetive to study,the result will bring bad things on both sides. Students now are more acceptable for learning when teachers are easygoing and humorous.this kind of teacher will make their students not only feel they are just keeping the relationship between student and teacher but also they are conmmunicated in a equal situation,a kind of friends talking.student will be activited in what the teacher said .on the other hand,a mild talking way will be more attractive when the students heard and more easy to concontrated on class with the mild speaing way.in the daylife ,students who are troubled in something and can’t get out of it will be more likely to go for help from the techer because of the belief which built between each others.they will be more possible to treat teacher as their good friends. In a word ,I insist the the teacher should be more easygoing and humorous rather than strict and serious,
