For me,I think that snap judgements can never be trusted. Here are two reasons to stand for my opinion. Firstly,What means "snap judgements"?"Snap" is similiar to "careless",so snap judgements mean that they are made carelessly, maybe without enough thinking, that's apparently risky. When we talk about judgements,we always link them with deep consideration.Only then can we judge something with wisdom, which does good to make a good choice.Without thinking, people are likely to make a judgement only by their hearts. For example, when people decided to kill Socrates, they were misled by others and made judgements snaply, which led to the bad end.So snap judgements are lack of deep consideration, which cannot be trusted. Secondly,a proper judgement asks people to judge something in various of aspects. For instance, when we want to judge someone ,we should know his character, his background, his family, and so on.But when someone only make a snap judgement, probably he makes this judgement without enough detas, maybe just some information from one aspect. That surely makes the judgement fulse and can result in awful results.Imagine a school, there's a student who is not very beautiful and a little big shy,but willing to help others and make friends with other students. If his classmates only judge him by his look and shyness, then laugh at him, they may misunderstand him and hurt him deeply. That misleading is exactly from snap judgements.Just as the saying goes,we cannot judge a book by its cover, only judge something in one asbect is absolutely wrong, and as snap judgements are easily made without ample information from many aspects, they shouln't be trusted. In conclusion, making snap judgement is easier, for it dosen't need enough consideration and information. But the consequences of these judgements are more easily to have bad effets. As a result, snap judgements can never be trusted.
