In this composition, we discuss whether the government should estabilish free libraries in each town or not. It is difficult to say that the Internet can completely replace the function of libraries. In this way, we will give some points for both sides in the following contents. Firstly, some people think that the govement should establish free labraries in each town. They opinion is that the libraries can offer a comfortable and peaceful environment for the citizens, which can feel free to reading and thinking in it. Futhermore, The reading funs can communicate with each other and organize some reading activites in the free libraries. On the other side, others cosider that it is waste money to establish the free libraries as the public can use the Interner at home to obtain information. In addition, the free libraries will comsume a gread number of social resource, such as the book purchase, librarians and cleaners. Therefore the tend to use Interner to replace the function of libraries. In my opinion, librariy is which a symbol of thouth and knowledge, which can produce a good influence on children and juveniles. So I believe that it is nessary to establish free libraries in each town.
