Nowadays it is not uncommon that a great number of graduates find very difficult to look for propriate job when they leave from the university and college. what this phenomenon could affact the people and society has evolved into a heated discussion as more and more ordinary people and specialists pay attention to its drawbacks. Therefore, I will analyse this case and give my suggestions in my essey. Obviously, there are some negative effects on the people and society. Firstly, the young students could get more frustrated and annoied as they fail in the interviews many times., which might lead to some phychological problems to new graduates who do not have a lot of social experience. Further, these umemployed young individuals have to rely excissively on their parents in the life due to high living cost in the current society, which may result in a heavy burden on their parents. last but not least, youth unemployment tends to a huge waste of educational resoures becasue the government distribute a immense propotion of fiscal to support the education, which unfortunately can not achieve actual effects. It is the time that we endeavour to work out some effective measures to tackl this issue. First of all, the young studens should begin to work from the partime or temporary job in order to acquire more practical experience which could give them a competitive edge in the job market. In addition, the government should invest more fund on the occupational training for the young graduates to help them master more skills and qualificaitons so that the young graduates can become more powerful. At the same time the governmwnt may fund more small and mediate campanies to create more job opportunities which could reduce the youth unemployment rate. In a nutshell, only with the jointed forces from individual and government, will the youth unemployment problems be dealt with extremely in the near future, which may promote a harmonion and vivid society.
