Nowadays, many people believe that snap judgements can never be trusted. It requires time and efforts to make decisions or choices on important affairs. If we give a conclusion or judgement immediately without careful thinking, it's usually unilateral and inaccurate. For example, when we meet someone at the first sight, we often judge him or she by his or her appearance and costume. We are used to giving a quick conclusion on people we meet the first time by our experience and impression, but it's incorrect to judge a person in this way. We can never know a man just from what he looks, what he wears or what he is doing in a moment, a day, or even a month. We have to talk, communicate, collide, concede and compromise, and then make a judgement on this person after a long-time observation. As a saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. There is another fact that the snap judgements always lead to defects and blunders, especially when we need to decide something important. As an employee, we are supposed to judge the employer after a comprehensive speculation and question. We never hire a man by his degree or his experience on this job but his overall development and making. It's compulsory to employ the person who is completely qualified for this position. Quick judgement and conclusion can never be accepted. Last but not least, all national proposals and agendas are always pursued and made after plenty of modification and practice, which can never be judged in a moment without caution and carefulness, because even the minim miss or mistake will lead to chaos and carnage, so officials and politicians make every decision after cautious consideration. Through hard work and careful judgement, a decision or a choice would be considerable and precise, which will make us cool and calm before any difficulty or problem.
