I agree with the notion,because I think it's too unrational to make a judgements without any thought and taking the consideration of the situation of the fact. When we meet something which is need to make a judgement, if we ignore the background of the thing and don't try to acquire the information of the truth, we will finally get a wrong judgement at most time. Actually, when we don't put our attention to the situation of the process and don't take insight into the problem, we will almost be thinking in a considerably wrong way. In this aspect, a snap judgement usually can't make people believable.I think we should firstly analyse the situation of the thing, and then we have to make the situation clear.Finally, sanp judgements are not crediable.
