many people will make snap judgements in order to save time, maybe sometimes their prediction is right, but it still makes problems. so some people think snap judgements are inaccurate, can't be trusted, others disagree. in my view, i prefer the former. firstly, snap judgements in research is a worst thing. scientist should be responsible for their research, they can't establish an article by snap judgements. that's because, every statistic should be calculated carefully, not guess. for example, a scientist who working for NASA, he makes a decision without considerately thinking, the plane will fall. every tiny mistake will let trial fail. so snap judgements can't be trusted. secondly, we can't make snap judgements in investment. before you choose to invest a company, you have to know the company background thoroughly. each coin has two sides, you can get money from the company and also have to afford the potential risk.so you must be deliberated. for example, my mother like to buy stocks , she want to get more money , but don't want to waste time on judging which company is better, she just buys a random stock without full thinking. unsurprisingly, the price of the stock which she buys is reduct.
