Nevertheless，the progress of high-technology can perhaps relieve government of traffic jam gradually and therewith，a new-style sequence of means of transportation comes into being，such as subway，light rail and high-speed rail and so on.When our administrative department formulates the road rules，planner shall selectively draw on the experience of dealing with similar problem from other countries to progress quickly and well.
