now, we are talking about whether people should immediately conclude a result . in my opinion, of course, we can not do that! it is easy to get a partial conclusion when you are not think twice. for example , "pengci"，it means find fault with somebody. it happened in China ,and caused a heated debate.why did i talk this topic? because i think it is a main reason that immediately conclude a result for causing that sort of things.when a ardent person saw a old man knocked down in the street, and help the old man on his own initiative. but he will be regarded as a perpetrator. why? because some people just treated the thing superficially.and immediately conclude a result when they see. so,when you consider a thing, it is more better to think it more.
