as we know, correct diet is good for health meanwhile bad diet is bad for health. i totally agree and try to eat correctly. i usually have three meals regurarly, breakfast at around 8 o'clock , lunch at 12 o'clock and dinner at 6 o'clock. i like to have porrige and eggs for breakfast; rice, meat and some vegetables for lunch and dinner. sometimes i have some fruits after dinner. in addition, i always eat before i get too hungry and try not to get too full. being too hungry or eating too much will cause stomache. beside, though i like junk food such as chips, french fries and so on, i don't eat them often,perhape once a month or two month. i try my best to eat healthly but, you know, sometimes i can't help eating junk food because they're really so yummy.
