As we know, an impartial judgement can influence our decision, so I do not think snap judgment without serious thought can be trusted by people. I will explain my reasons as followings. Although there are so many people who believe their intuition will contribute to unpredictable consequences. Snap judgment which can be regarded as a sort of phycological intuition. However, this subjective intuition mislead our opinions of many things such as personal preference, unstable emotions and potential subconscious, all those negative elements are involved in the snap judgments. For example, we all went shopping at the mall, there is a familiar situation maybe we both experienced, namely, if we go to luxury store in plain clothes, the shop assistance will judge our ability through our clothes to buy their expensive goods, at that time, they conclude we are normal people cannot consume their luxury goods, so they will be very indifferent and ignore us. As a result, the shop assistance's snap judgement not only hurt consumer's feeling but also influence their sales performance. Moreover, snap judgment without scientific test and empirical practice which will lead to heavy loss. We live in an empirical world and many of our experience inherited from our ancestor which have already examined feasibility and reliability. This is why we are likely to believe the elders because they are more considerate than the youth. What's more many companies want to employee experiencing workers just because they can overcome the defect of snap judgment. For some young people, especially undergraduate who are immature and impulsive and much easier to be affected by the snap judgment of others. Once they are involved in snap judgment they will make a terrible decision which will break up friendship, lead to business failure and fall into the crisis of confidence. In a sum, snap judgment can never be trusted no matter who make this bad decision, just think objectively and get rid of this subjective intuition, learn how to make a fair and reasonable judgment.
