Currently, there is a noted statement soberingly assuming that human actions impose devastating influences on the ecosystem and on the earth. Because any dilemma used to be treated dialectically by humans, facing this ecological matter there seems to be a situation that a part of persons hold negative idea about it and another part of people think it need to and can be solved by means of suitable arrangements. Consequently, I am sheerly willing to talk about the two adverse viewpoints and to take some my own thinking about how to deal with the natural trouble and giving a balance state between the two sides of attitude towards the human's actions influencing the earth. I suggest that it is not too late to do anything about the matter. Evidently, the present state of the earth and ecosystem have no pretty severe changes to produce an end about human living on the earth. So there is no use to say negative words but to do something useful for improving the ecological level and for enhancing the protection level of the natural atmosphere. This is the mainstream tendency for facing the trouble, holding the same views with anther part of people having positive idea about the natural predicament. It is of significance for the next situation to take several kinds of effective and efficient measures which are made into systematic texture. In my opinion like mentioned above, it is crucial that the measures which will be taken into practice need to be established into systematic for effectiveness and efficiency in many categories. For example, in the aspects of legislation and judicature it should be achieve the cooperation of specialized laws and strict regulations for the protection and supervision mechanisms of ecosystem and natural environment.
