That perseverance makes people stronger is no doubt, it can be seen in many aspects. People who has spirit of perseverance always has strong willpower. For instant, our former president Mr.Mao had kept swimming everyday even he was 60 years old. He said 'keep swimming makes him become healthy and more importantly is he can still calm in the lake to make decision. keeping swimming gives Mr.Mao a cleaning mind which exactly prevent him from corruptness like other high-ranking officials. People who has spirit of perseverance is more easer to succeed. There is a theory that if you want to be successful in one iteam, at least, you need spend 100 hour on this iteam. The truth is that keep training makes people better, in the training process, people can accumulate experiences and study from others. People who has spirit of perseverance can make dreams come ture. There was a news that a farmer want to build a stone castle, but all his neighbor mocked him. The farmer just take several stones back home one time, finally he made a stone castle by using thses stones. People who does not has spirit of perseverance is more emotional.Some people change their goals，dreams easily, the reason may be that the goal is too difficult or the process is too long even the weather. The key of these excuses is that they does not has spirit of perseverance. As I see, perseverence makes people stronger and one has excuses for give up in half way.
