At present, international students are regarded as the important intermediaries in the opening-up of education. Under the background of “the Belt and Road” strategy, our government has adopted a series of policy initiatives to promote the opening-up of education, but there are still several problems in the education of foreign students in China with the massive government investment, such as insufficient applicants of high-quality students, obvious cross-cultural differences, lack of professional managers. Hence, in order to further expand the channels of the opening-up of China’s education, we should further strengthen preparatory education of the international students to improve the quality of students; perfect the curriculum system to break through the barrier of cultural differences ; enhance the professional level of teachers for establishing the highly-internationalized faculty.
