At first, I don't agree that snap judgments can never be trusted. We should make decision by our own judgments based on complete and reasonable analysis in various occasion. We have to admit, in most occasion, snap judgments cannot stand, because we tend to express our opinions emotionally, or our opinion is lack of analysis based on fact, if we make judgments in very short time. However, sometimes snap judgment is make by one's intuition and always can represent the truth of a complicated issue. For example, everybody says we cannot evaluate a person just by his or her appearance. But if your best friend tells you your new colleague is not a man worthy of trust when your friend see the colleague at first sight. In this case, I suggest you choose to trust him. Maybe it seems like his judgment is very snap, but possibly your friend is capable of reading one's mind by his intuition even though he just see one's eyes one time.
