Good afternoon, I am very glad to be here for this interview. My name is Zhang Maoxi. I am 22 years old. I come from Zigong, a city rich in salt. Generally speaking, I am open-minded, optimistic and hard working. When I was a child, I found that the cooking is magic.1 Because it turns the raw materials into delicious food, especially the processing of sausage. Then I began to lean how to cook, and my parents are happy to teach me. That's why I am determined to study food science and engineering at Sichuan Agricultural University. During my college years, I finally established my goal in life, to become a college teacher and research food science. This is one of the reasons for my postgraduate study.
