Rule of Law at County Areas and Counties Governance research is concerned with the reality of the rule of law and governance in county Areas society. It is based on the reality of counties governance. It's also one of the essential theoretical issues that legal research should pay attention to. Nowadays, the research on Rule of Law at County Areas and counties governance lacks systemic. I am going to using interdisciplinary research paradigms, combine with law, sociology, political science, regional history and other disciplines, taking the Kunshan case as the center, systematically analyzing and researching the rule of law and governance status of county from an internal perspective. The implementation of administrative rule of law by county governments is one of the keys to the study of ruling of law at county areas and counties governance. Under the premise of reviewing the internal governance of the county government, combined with the actual situation of the Kunshan County government, analyze the problems faced by the Chinese county governments under the existing systems. To evaluating and analyzing the methods that taken by Kunshan authorities to solve problems they faced. The purpose is to illustrates that the rule of law in administration at county government is the foundation of counties governance. Only by administrative rule of law can it be possible to achieve rule of law at county areas and counties governance, subsequently, with a view to good governance. The second key is urbanization. Urbanization have always been one of the most concerned topics and scholars have attach a great attention on it. Take Kunshan as an example to examine the historical development process of urbanization, aiming to interpret the experiences and lessons of Kunshan in the process of urbanization. The third key is rural governance and community governance. In the context of urban-rural integration, especially in Kunshan which counties with developed economies, rural and urban governance has gradually become more integrated. On this basis, rural governance and community governance in county region society will face new theoretical and practical problems. Kunshan experiences show that rural governance and community governance are workable. Rule of law at county region and county governance are aims to solve problems of China. There are more than 2,000 counties in China and problems existed are varied. It is difficult to have a theory that can standard rule of law at county areas and counties governance research. In other words, it is just a value option for rule of law at county areas and counties governance through case studies and analysis of a specific county areas. Under the premise of ruling the country by law, the various manifestations of the rule of law at the county areas level, the reasons, the conflict between the rule of law at the county level and local customs, cultures, geography, economy, etc., how to resolve conflicts and contradictions, and the significance of research on the theory of county region rule of law for the construction of a country ruled by law. Therefore, while insight, analysis, and reflection on the problems reflected by the rule of law at the county level, abstract the law basis behind it. This requires not only an analysis and evaluation of practice, to construct a macro-theoretical framework is more importantly.
