A controlled Quantum Dialogue (QD) scheme based on two-particle entangled state with non-fixed coefficients is proposed in this paper. Alice, Bob and Charlie shared a two-particle entangled state with non-fixed coefficients. Attacks from third party controller are discussed and the protocol is proved to be able to resist such attacks. All particles can transmit security information except decoy particles. Legitimate users can exchange their secret messages according to the unitary operation they chose and the results of measurement published by Charlie. This scheme prepares two-particle entangled state with non-fixed coefficients and realize the three-times channel detection, which is very practical, higher security and more efficient.
