The table expressly shows the rates of satisfaction among employees of different age groups in a company. To be specific, only 16.7% of employees under 40 feel satisfied, while all of staffs between 41 and 50 are discontent with their jobs. As for workers over 50, 40% of them express satisfaction. We can see from the chart that staffs below 50 feel little satisfied with work. This is because either part of staffs need to accomplish burdensome work tasks but their salaries tend to not be equal to their anticipations, or part of workers have to face economic stress derived from households but have few chances of promotion. Besides, employees over 50 possess comparative high pays and positions, so workers over 50 are more inclined to express satisfaction. From my point of view, bosses should more understand thoughts of staffs and then make adjustments.
