小学一年级英语作文:Good friend

I have a friend ,Nash, who working in hospital for seven years, he graduated from China medical University, and he is a very nice gay, we always go out for dinner together, he likes food spicy, so do I, that is why we always have a dinner together. He really work hard, he treats his patient like his family, and the patient who treat by Dr.Nash also appreciate it, they give some flowers to Dr.Nash.
