Dear Professor Smith, It's my great honor to accept your invitation to plan a debate on the theme of city traff. My suggestion is that Private cars–advantages or disadvantages. The primary factors are as follows. On the one hand, compared with thirty years ago, today's urban road that it's two sides plant so many green plants, has got more and more wider. Further, with the development of china's economy, a number of people have purchased own cars, which prompt people more convenient to go somewhere. On the other hand, some don't obey the traffic rules and are inclined to overtake other cars so that traffic jams and accidents sometimes happen. My arrangment is that the debate will be held at Beijing university from 7 to 9 p.m. on this Sunday.
