there is a thing we should know is that a company is make up by the employees and the supervisors. but really should we obey the the every decision that come up by the supervisor especially in the meantime we as the employees have better idea? As far as I'm concerned, the employees should point out the better suggestiones rather than doing the things as the supervisor askd us do. on the one hand, if a project is asked to be finished perfectly, there is no doubt that we should try our best in every pattern through the project which requires the whole staffes to devote their wondererful opinion the the team of the project,well,that is the signficant function of the employee should run in the company, but what do the suuperviosrs do if they let their staffes to do that? It's not difficult to understand that another maintaskof the supervior to take is manage the process of project carefully and have better to shoiw the respect to the idea your employee come up with when it much better than yours. And also , the supervisor have more time than before to consider more things, isn't it more effective than all decision should hold by the supervisors?
