The number of accidents caused by drivers driving under the influence of alcohol is 208, and it increased rapidly by 15%. 　　The table chart informs us of the phenomenon that accidents are mainly caused by drivers turning left without due care and accidents caused by drivers driving under the influence of alcohol is rising dramatically. What exactly contribute to this phenomenon ? Reasons can be listed as follows: for one thing, accidents caused by turning left without due care can be attributed to the absence of people’s consciousness of driving security. In terms of the causing factor of alcohol, the reason why people often drive after drinking is that laws and regulations might not have been strictly enforced to warn people not to do this. 　　Due attention should be paid to this phenomenon before things get worse. The authorities should impose a heavy penalty on those who drive after drinking.
