With the quickening pace of life, individuals' living standards are constantly improving. Nevertheless, a great deal of crises which brings out living problems followed. What gives rise to the crisis yet? In my point of view, at the top of the list, the urban houses are not adequate. The land which permitted to build constructions is insufficient. Secondly, the housing price rises so fast that the poor become more incapable of action. An increasing number of individuals from the country to the city wants to find a way which can raise the standard of living. In addition to what has been mentioned above, it is also a reason that some rich people bought too many houses irrationally. This leads to the fact that some people who are not wealthy enough have no chance to buy a house. A multitude of individuals do not have a place to live, therefore, meanwhile ranting a house become tough. To solve this problem, it is advisable for government to attach importance to perfect the institution of housing. At the same time, the price should be under the control. By the correct leadership, our society will get better and stronger.
