With the development of the society , more and more citizens not only asking for sufficient-material life, but also mental needs.Some people claim that governments should spend more money on art aspects. On the contrary, critics are convinced that there are many other aspects need funding, instead of arts. Personally speaking , I hold the view that governments should spend money on other important areas. Funding arts areas does have its benefits .First of all ,the more arts a city has, the more travelers will visit. From this perspective ,developing arts could inspire local tourism and economy. secondly, arts could be an energy booster for citizens who crazy about arts , which are likely to enhance their productivity. As is known to us , keeping an enthusiastic attitude towards life is likely to be aspirant.So funding in arts does have goodness. However, there are many other aspects should be considerate. Firstly, there are many people do not even have a chance to get education.If they lack of the ability of reading, and appreciating ,how could this kind of people get touched with arts.If they lack of the fundamental materials, how could they pursue the enjoyment of arts. Secondly, the medicine systems is also a proviral field which needs endless funding. Many people are suffering from disease and disability, they could not even have a normal life. It is obvious that personal healthy problems are far more vital than pursuing arts. In addition, the fundamental facilities are another momentous aspects which needs government fund.The citizens's happiness tends to be enhanced by sufficient facilities. Fundamental facilities always are hailed as he key to improve the well-being of citizens. Above all , it could be concluded that although funding arts has some benefits, spending money on other pivotal areas has more meaningful , visible, and indispensable advantages. So I hold the view that governments should spend money on other important areas.
