Nowadays, Internet has become an important part in our daily life, which exerts influence in every aspect of our life, including Education. The influence of Internet on education constitutes two aspects, namely, positive ones and negative ones. One the one hand, the internet can make teaching and learning more convenient. Teachers can conduct teaching at anywhere as long as a computer is around. Likewise, students can learn at wherever they like. One the other hand, the Internet can provide equal opportunities for students. They can learn couses from famous universities through Internet. What's more, the Internet can accelerate the education revolution and promote it to a higher level. However, there are some negative influences too. For one thing, teaching and learning through Internet may lead to no or little communication between the teacher and students or among students. For another, it may cause some physical health issues, such as short-sightedness. What's more, network problems may influence the effictiveness of teaching and learning. In a word, Internet has its benefits and weaknesses, we should use it wisely and properly.
