Most of us, as college student, like to collect various sorts of coupons when the most fashionable and the most commodious shopping center is holding some promotional activities. Even, somebody would buy clothes for himself only in a sale. From my perspective, this would not make them a smart consumer. Therefore we should make a monthly plan for money. First of all, we need to understand one key point that money is just a pile of useless numbers in your bank account if you let it stay. It is normal sometime to buy ourselves a cool T-shirt or a pair of sneakers to get dressed up or eat out with friends if our budget allows. Otherwise, we may lost a chance to please ourselves and our colorful youth would be lack of a little bit happiness. Thus, just ignore those meaningless numbers on the tags. Secondly, putting your money on some unnecessary stuff is not a wise option, which meanwhile leads you to get stuck when you are in urgent need of money, feeling helpless. Consequently, making a plan before consuming would benefits us. Money is not everything, but can bring us happiness and help to some extent. It is ultimately important to make a plan before we spend money.
