I hope I can make a good performance today. First of all, I'd like to introduce myself to you. My hometown is Yingkou, a beautiful city in Liaoning province. It is a very beautiful coastal city. Yingkou City was the first port opened to the outside world in modern history of Northeast China, the birthplace of the Chinese Red Cross Movement, and the rise of the Chinese national financial industry. Everyone has a dream, and I hope this world will be a little different due to me. Four years’ college education gives me a lot of things to learn, a lot of chances to try, and a lot of practices to improve myself. It teaches me not only what to study and how to think, but also to see the importance of practical ability. During the past four years in my college, as an undergraduate student, I have built up a solid foundation for professional knowledge and comprehensively improved my quality. Certainly, I also got a lot of scholarships. When I feel that I fall behind others, I will find the reason and try my best to improve myself to catch up others. Owning to this, I could concentrate on my study and succeed in the end. Therefore, I am confident that my solid studying ability will lay me a foundation to fulfill my bachelor degree courses. I am a boy full of passion and enthusiasm. Always I am interested in fresh things and I will be energetic when confront with difficulties. Besides, I am a perseverant person. Once I set myself a goal, I will fight for it with all my efforts until the last moment. I am also an easygoing person enjoying a fine relationship with people around me and at the last time, I am also a person of strong team spirit. In my spare time, I like reading, writing, photography and watching English films. Since I was the secretary of the Party branch of the college during my undergraduate studies, I was also familiar with related work. Of course, I also have some experience in writing news articles and taking news photos. Besides, I also like running. It keeps me in good health, full of energy and optimism towards life.
