I totally agree with this ideal that it is not smart when you immediately include outcomes from what you have saw and learned. The reasons why are as follows. First ,at most times people are not full rational .in otherwise,getting conclusions quickly or doing decisions instantly will not bring the perfect outcomes. If you wondering do something rightly and flawless,then you have to think a second. Secondly , in Chinese traditional culture ,it is seems that reach a decision fast will make people view this person irrational and impatience. Nowadays ,this mechanism is also working. Finally , it is difficult to say whether draw a conclusion instantly is good or not in general as it depends very much on the situation of getting conclusion . However ,from my perspective ,we better think a lot before we come to a conclusion from what we saw and learned.
