Nowadays, with the process and the change of society, people are becoming increasing aware of the importance of health. Different stage of people who have different ways to stay healthy. So there are many ways to stay healthy, for example, do some exercise every or try to keep a balanced diet and so on. From my perspective, the best way is combined both the exercise and balanced diet, and do not stay up every night. First, with time goes by, our body is changing every day, we are sitting to work every day and it make a lot of regular diseases, such as fiber, cervical pain. So, as the single workers, to keep healthy, we should do some exercise in our spare time. It is not enough doing the exercise, however, we should plus our balanced diet, three meals at a day, more vegetables and fruit, that will be not harder to control our diet. What is more important is not stay up until the deep night. As we all know, the 11.p.m to 1.a.m is important to rest for our lungs, and our whole bodies are in a state of matebolism, and we are working or do something stay up, it will break our regular routine and will cause some ills. In all, to stay healthy, not about a part of change, we should combine with the whole situation about our diet, exercise and routine habit.
