Dear Tom, I am glad to hear that you will visit China soon during your summer vacation. I strongly recommend you come to my home town---Yantai, because it is a very famous seaport city in the world indeed. First, there is a beautiful extensive seashore which reaches over 50 kilometers. Along the seashore, there is a sightseeing road which stretches out from the east to the west of the city. It is described as the most elegant seashore in our country, which is located within two small hills in the midst of which flows a great river. Second, Yantai has plenty of seafood which ranks the top-quality seafood in the world according to the newspaper last year. I know you love seafood very much, so here is definitely your paradise. There are some seafood in the Bohai Sea that you actually could not find anywhere in the world and they are delicious indeed. When writing the letter to you, I cannot help making my mouth water. Third, during the summer in Yantai, everyone enjoys the best time, because there are so many activities people can participate in. Remembered when I was young, I always loved swimming in the sea and sometimes picked up a great many seafood such as haiga and haihonh. The more I thought, the more I found that there are so many good things I could tell you in my home town. So, I am hoping you will come here soon and explore more fun by yourself. See you soon!
