考研作文：关于领导

On Leader What is a leader? What does a leader do? What traits should a leader have? It is a long story. I will try my best to illustrate those questions from three points as follows. First, a leader should have the ability to lead at least a team. Second, a leader should have the ability to manage. Last but not least, a leader must know how to give suggestion. Above all are my opinions.
