Too many tourists may be harmful for the environment Tourisim, a newly-emerging industriy in China, has become an important in China's economy. However, floods of tourists not only boost the local ecomomy by comsuming, but also bring harm to the environment. For example, the money you pay for the ticket to Everest includes the fee of the enviroment damage you may make, becasuse there are cleaners who risk their life, moving in the steer cilffs to collect garbage thrown by tourists. Meanwhile, to make the transportation more convenient, building roads is a must, which absolutely damages the environment in different degrees. The natural ecological balance will definetely be broken by human's interuption. We cannot easily afford the cost of losing diversity of species. In a word, if not paying enough attention to the protection methods, the environment could be damaged by tourism.
