In mordern days, we receive lots of news reported that the quality of life in large cities decrease much . We contribute to the caused as follows: Firstly, people have lots of pressure both in lives and works , the youth should study hard to win a good job and after that they must pay for marriage and houses as well as cars,plus even later their kids eduation fees, while sometimes they are overstudied or overworked but achieved less. Secondly, pollution problem is also one of the factors to destroy our health,such as air pollution,water pollution etc ,besides these,unhealthy foods( too oil and too fatty foods) cause a lot of disease such as high blood pressure ,cancer etc. Then how to solve these problem? On the one hand,our goverment should take measure to add the green(plant more trees and grasses) and sports fetilites in our cities to beautify our environment and purify the air. On the other hand,we should strengthen our health conciousness to do more sports and outdoor activities that makes us more stronger. What's more, to individually,we should learn to decrease our pressure through medicating and off-working for a while to relax. To sum up ,we should regulate ourselves to adap to the society developing and positively doing studies and work, and then attend to all varies of activities to make us stonger, through these we could live a better life in mordern stages.
