My Hometown is HanZhong, which is located in the south of Shann Xi province . The history of the city can date back to the three Kingdom period. There has been more than a thousand years. There is no doubt that HanZhong has many places of historical interest. One of the most famous historical site is Bai Jiang Tai, which was built by Liu Bang for general Han Xing in han Dynasty. On the other hand, it is imperative to introduce the most typical food in Han Zhong . Cold noodle is the most typical food in my hometown ,Han Zhong. It made from local rice.
