What is universally acknowledged is that mutual understanding and respect play an essential role in interpersonal relationship. In contemporary society, conflicts between people become more and more serious, a phenomenon that mainly roots in misunderstandings and disrespects(disrespect). Therefore, it seems significant for us to build mutual understanding and respect in interpersonal relationship .The reasons why mutual understanding and respect are important (it is important) can be illustrated as follows. However, mutual understanding and respect can help us to maintain a healthy and beneficial relationship between people.
