As the charge, we can see the change of the electricity consumption of a small city in china is totally rising from 460 million to 526 million during 2004 to 2007, but there is a little drop in 2006. For the change reason, perhaps, main factor is the life condition of the people fastly improve, they have more money and can buy more electric devices like electric lighter, TV, etc. Electricity is basis element of our modern life, we can't image the life without it.
