As far as I know, almost everyone who want to get a job must pass two examernations. One is paper test, another is interview. Therefore, people have different opinions about the second interview text. For my own, I'd prefer interview text. To begin with, it can proof the interviewees' speech ability. In any place of work, we all need the ability of speech. Here speech not just means standing at the stage and speak, it also means communicative. If we don't have such ability, your collegues and your leaders may think that you are too difficult to work with. It also do harm to the smooth working prosedure. So, interviewing will help us to find a better working partner. Besides, interviewing can exam whether one able to eal with any situation. During the interview, the employers will give different questions to the employees which they don't know before. It requires some interletural ability of the employees, such as emergence solution, etc. These abilities are necessary to he real working environment which can help their boss to solve some difficult problems. What's more, interviewing can avoid test-oriented education. Since all the employers need to interview the employees. Our education will tend to teach the solutions which can apply to the interview. Otherwise, the teachers will still give us the knowledge about how to deal with the exams, but not such useful ability. In a word, interview has its own advantages. As the saying goes, every coin has two sides. But in my opinion, its advantages are overwhelming its disadvantages.
