As most people in the whole word know, The Dragon Boat Festival is one of the important, national and traditional festivals in China. There is a long history about its origin. Also, there are some customs in the day of The Dragon festival. Interestingly,there are some interesting activities in this day. The festival is set for remembering Quyuan who was born in warring States and loyal to the king of Chuhuai. Unfortunately, he was misunderstood so that he was so sad that he chose to drop in Milo river to finish his life. That is the origin of The Dragon Festival. So, people make some rice dumplings to throw into the river in the Quyuan death day of every year in case the lives in the river eat the dead body of Quyuan. Now, in the day, people will put some especial plants on their windows to get rid of some bad tings and for good luck. Most importantly, people will make many rice dumplings and eat them. There are some interesting activities to join in this day. However boating is the most important activity and it is popular with all kinds of stage ages'people .And the boat is very unique for it is a dragon appearance which represent luck in China. The Boating Dragon Festival, as Chinese traditional and international festival, has Chinese unique traditional style and it is a very long history related to Quyuan who is one of greatest patriotism and romantic poets.
