Nowadays, there has been sparked a heat debate whether a child should watch TV. some people stick by that watching TV is harmful for children, yet others think that it is beneficial, especially for those in growing. Personally, I insist on that children should reasonably arrange their leisure time and watch some TV programs which are helpful for their life and study under their parents' supervision. In some extents, Watching TV is one of essential leisure activities for children due to parents are always busy in their works and even have any spare time to take their children out.However, There is a negative effects on watching TV, Indeed. It is a serious situation that some children are addicted in watching TV programs, and that many children have already out of shape because of being addict in watching TV and junk food when they were at a very young age are also general. Besides, a child, especially in those under 5-year-old, always lacks of ability to identify whether a program is useful or harmful for their mental and physical healthy, they might imitate some unhealthy or dangerous activities contained in TV programs and advertisements only suitable for adults. On the other hands, reasonable arrangement of watching TV is definitely useful for children's development. It is not only a better approach to enrich kids' knowledge but also useful to motivate children to explore the unknown world because of their curiosity instinctively. Besides, if a child watched TV in company of their parents or peers, it would be helpful to make child more sociable because of talking during watching. While some parents are always engaged in working at workday, then watching TV become a way to make those children's life more colorful. Overall, Watching TV is useful and helpful for a child, unless the programs were reasonable selected, while it is beneficial that a child watches TV with their parents or peers as well. yet, it also has a negative effect on watching TV, if a child watches TV under no supervision or a worse-arranged watching scheme.
