with the development of technology ,computer become more and more popurlar at humans life.And most of our work can not work without computers.sometime people who do not know how to write out their wold ,because they rely on the computer too much. on one hand ,at the information nations ,we must to learn how to use computers so that we can know about something which from all over the world,and to promote our ability .but on other hand ,now people spend more time on computer ,they have less time to face-to-face talk ,that means it maybe their communicate ability will descend.and it also bad for humans health ,because they have no time to move their bodies and lack of exercise . in my opinion ,we should adjust our times with computers ,do not depend more on computer,use more times to play with our families and friend ,walk out ,communicate and so on
