I totally agree with that "snap judgments can never be trusted". There are three reasons that could support my conclusion. First, making judgments is akind of thinking procedure. It needs collecting informations, analyzing, finding solutions and then making the final decsion. It couldn't be done easily. the snap reflection is not a judgment. Secondly, making a quick judgment can not be trusted. Things always are very complicated. No one could think carefully during few seconds. And the decision made quickly will be lack of consideration. It couldn't be trusted.
