As we can see in the graph,it's easy to discover the strange phenonmenon that the more Median weekly earnings,the less Uemployment rate.However,what i want to point out was the deep things inside which is about the Education Pays. Education pays can't be more unniversal nowadays.No matter how old you are,it seems that we have to accept this pay since we were born,it's a matter of money.However,we paid doesn't mean we've already got.So,why do we pay this pleasantly?Maybe to get degrees for a better salary which is proved to be the truth,or to improve yourself,in other words,to be a perfect man. Anyway,whoever we are,we have to afford the education pays to make ourself a better man,and get a better future.What we need is to learn something indeed.
